Infosys Foundation USA Pathfinders Online Institute, Summer 2024

Registration Requirements:

Registration Form: Fill out the Google Registration Form.
POI Screenshot: Create an account on the Pathfinders Online Institute, and either UPLOAD or EMAIL a screenshot of your Welcome Page.
Scholarship Letter: Sign this yourself and have your principal/administrator/supervisor sign this letter, and either UPLOAD or EMAIL it back to us.

Answer the questions in the Form.
1. If you DO have Registration Requirements #2 and #3 (described below) completed prior to completing the CodeJoy Registration Form, you will be able to upload the completed documents directly in the Registration Form for a quicker and complete Registration Process!
2. If you DO NOT have Registration Requirements #2 and #3 ready to upload prior to completing the CodeJoy Registration Form, your registration will NOT be complete. You can complete them after this step and email them to hello@codejoy.org.
Submit the CodeJoy Registration Form.

Go to THIS WEBSITE.
Create an account (or Log In if you already have an account).
Once you’ve created an account (or Logged In), it should show you a Welcome page, that says “Hey, ______, welcome to Pathfinders Online Institute” with YOUR name.

THEN UPLOAD or EMAIL the Screenshot:

If you ARE able to complete this requirement prior to completing the Registration Form (Registration Requirement #1), you will be able to upload your screenshot directly in the Registration Form.
If you ARE NOT able to complete this requirement prior to completing the Registration Form, please email your screenshot to hello@codejoy.org.

Download Scholarship Letter with THIS LINK.
1. Or you can download the letter as a PDF file
Select the course you are registering for on the form (you can sign up for ONE course, as you may only sign up for ONE Pathfinders course total this summer).
Complete digitally, or print and sign.

DIGITAL COMPLETION

Enter your information in the Participant fields. Type or sign your name. Save it.
Forward the Scholarship Letter to your Principal, Administrator, or Supervisor.
Your Principal, Administrator, or Supervisor then must enter their information in the Principal/Administrator/Supervisor fields, and type or sign their name. Save it.

PRINT AND SIGN

Print the letter.
Fill in your info and sign in Participant fields.
Have your Principal, Administrator or Supervisor fill in their info and sign in the Principal/Administrator/Supervisor fields.
Scan or take a picture of the completed document.

THEN UPLOAD or EMAIL the Signed Letter:

If you ARE able to complete this requirement prior to completing the Registration Form (Registration Requirement #1), you will be able to upload your screenshot directly in the Registration Form.
If you ARE NOT able to complete this requirement prior to completing the Registration Form, please email your screenshot to hello@codejoy.org.

If you ARE able to upload your POI Welcome Page Screenshot and Scholarship Letter to the CodeJoy Registration Form, your registration will be complete! We will follow up with regarding whether you have been accepted into the course.
If you ARE NOT able to upload your POI Welcome Page Screenshot and/or Scholarship Letter to the CodeJoy Registration Form, your registration WILL NOT be complete. You must email both of those requirements to hello@codejoy.org.
